The Dragons of Nightmare were added during Phase 4 of WoW Classic.
The first two World Bosses to appear in WoW Classic were Azuregos and Lord Kazzak, added during Phase 2. They all have unique respawn timers, most of which are unable to be deciphered as they are random, however typically at least once per reset period. World Bosses are raid-difficulty bosses that spawn in the open world, rather than inside a raid instance.
