They don't tell you much in the beginning. You can ignore them, but rallying the people of the Commonwealth and improving their lives is a core idea in this game. The Settlement component of Fallout 4 is strategically helpful and improves the game's immersion.įallout 4's Settlements system is a key part of gameplay. Building it up by completing the quest will result in a lot of XP and resources to help your character progress.
